Nothing it is perfect.

Centrally located, spacious apartment, tasteful furnishings, friendly and helpful staff. Sauna and hot tub are big and spacious, perfect for relaxation. Living room is comfortable, bedroom beautifully decorated with curtains and a huge wooden balcony. Extra heater provided for cozy atmosphere. Attentive staff, excellent English-speaking, and accommodating to late check-in and storing luggage. Superb location and excellent room.

We are happy to say that we appreciated staff and location. Friendly reception. It's in the fairly nice area so close to the centre, restaurants and the center of Kyiv which is another bonus

I had a such great experience here, everything was good, the location was beautiful not far from bars as well as the main attractions.

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in Kyiv. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who took us straight to the hotel hassle-free. The room was newly renovated and equipped with a kitchenette and a large plasma TV with hundreds of channels. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was quiet and faced a peaceful backyard with a small parking lot. We also enjoyed the convenience of having numerous coffee shops within a short walking distance. Although there were a few mosquitoes in the apartment, it didn't bother us much as it's a common issue in the area. The only downside was the yellowish-green color of the water in the jacuzzi, which the hotel attributed to the city's water system. the hotel's location, amenities, and overall experience made up for these minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kyiv.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic, especially considering the amenities provided. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the room with a Spa Bath, it was such a treat to have that option. The inclusion of a kitchen and balcony in the room was also a great addition. Moreover, the location of this hotel in the center of the city was perfect for exploring and getting around easily. Lastly, having breakfast included was such a convenient and pleasant surprise. my stay at this hotel was exceptional, with attention to detail and excellent service.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it convenient to access all the major sights in Kiev. You can easily walk to almost everything since it's located in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.

The noise from the bustling city center could sometimes be a bit distracting, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my experience. It made the climb up and down quite tiring, especially after a long day of exploring the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was near the Independence square and within walking distance to all the major sights in the city. it was so close to Maidan and the hotel facilities were great. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchen where I could cook if I wanted to. The internet connection was also excellent, especially on the 4th floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. And best of all, it was great value for money!
